Welcome to our waterfront River House on Doe Creek, just minutes from the Tennessee River. You will have your own water access from a private dock. Cruise from Doe Creek to main Tennessee River in minutes by boat or take the kayaks. This unique 3-story home features 2 kayaks, covered porches with swings, grill, fire pit, fish cleaning station, private dock, private boat launch, and space to unwind after a day on the water or enjoy the views of the water and wild life. We have been told it also has a treehouse vibe as you will be surrounded by trees on the 3rd main level.
