You have the entire upper home to yourself: all three bedrooms, both full bathrooms, The Gallery, The Duchess kitchen and your patio. Gallery Row is the back unit (Unit 4) of the building; follow the side walkway to your patio, stairs and door. It is one of four attached homes, and a quiet long-term resident lives in the separate suite below, so please keep evenings calm and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Self check-in is available 24/7 by keypad; your code and a step-by-step guide unlock in our check-in app once your ID and rental agreement are complete, with no meeting up or key handoff. A garage bay fits one car (entry steps are in your check-in guide). Street parking is free overnight; the city posts a short weekday morning no-parking window on this block, so plan to use the garage or move the car during that hour. In-suite washer and dryer are available for your use.

🛏 Bedrooms & Sleeping
Studio 124 is your primary suite upstairs, with a full abstract mural on the bed wall and your own ensuite. The Portrait Room has a queen bed under the glowing Gallery Row neon on a slat wall. The Sketch Pad has a twin-over-full bunk, a black 3D panel feature wall and a fold-down desk for anyone who needs to work. Downstairs, The Gallery's queen sofa bed brings you to 9. Room-darkening shades in the bedrooms.

🛁 Bathrooms
Your ensuite has a glass walk-in shower and a double vanity. The hall bathroom has the tub, and The Streetcar half bath sits by the entry on the main floor. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer.

🍽 Kitchen & Dining (The Duchess)
A compact chef-style kitchen with a five burner gas range, a convection and air fry oven, a dishwasher and an island, with pots, pans, dishes and everything you need for a full meal. The Duchess coffee bar nook is your morning corner.

🧴 Starter Essentials
We provide a starter pack of essentials so you can settle in without a trip to the store: coffee and tea, cooking oil, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, and more. For longer stays, groceries are 3 minutes away, or we can arrange a restocking service for you.

Your main gathering space, with a gallery wall, a warm-clay feature wall, an electric fireplace with the TV above it. Brass and matte black details carry the gallery feel through the whole home.

Most guests drive. Downtown is 5 minutes by car along 107 Avenue, and the airport is 33 minutes via the QEII. A garage bay fits one car, with free overnight street parking on the block (short posted weekday morning window, see your check-in guide). Uber, taxi and Edmonton Transit buses serve the neighbourhood, and the 124 Street shops are a 7 minute walk.

We offer two ways to protect your stay, a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a $700 refundable security deposit hold, released after check-out once everything is in order. We also require a signed rental agreement, provided after booking in our guest app. One exterior camera, a video doorbell at the front door, for your added security. None inside. Pets are welcome at $163.50 per pet, main floor only. Street parking is free overnight with a short posted weekday morning window on this block, so use your garage bay or move the car then.
