The Space:
This traditional Algarve house sits in the heart of Praia da Luz, a four minute walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The house keeps its original character and has been modernised throughout, with comfortable bedrooms, a bright living area and outdoor space on three different levels.

On the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own bathroom and opens onto a private garden with two sun loungers, a sheltered spot to read or sit in the sun. Next to this bedroom, and reached through it, there is a small adjoining space with a sofa bed and a desk, ideal for a fifth guest travelling with the rest of the group. The second double bedroom is served by the second bathroom, which also serves the common areas. Both bedrooms have air conditioning with heating and cooling.

Upstairs is the living space, with a comfortable sofa and a television with an Android box, so you can sign in to your own streaming accounts. The living room has air conditioning and opens onto a covered balcony with a table and chairs, a pleasant place for breakfast or dinner outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, kettle and a capsule coffee machine, and there is a separate dining area beside it.

A spiral staircase leads up to a small roof terrace, a sunny place to relax with a partial view over the sea and the cliff at Praia da Luz.

A few things worth knowing before you book. The house is spread over several levels, with stairs between floors and a spiral staircase to the roof terrace, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility and we do not consider it appropriate for children under 8. The adjoining space with the sofa bed has a window but no air conditioning. The fireplace in the living room is decorative and cannot be used. Smoking and pets are not allowed. There is a dedicated parking space right in front of the house, on a quiet cul-de-sac.

We kindly request our guests to be considerate of the peaceful atmosphere on the premises. Please be aware that we have specific guidelines in place, including a commitment to maintaining a quiet environment. We have a strict policy against noise disturbances and parties. Additionally, we have a family-oriented atmosphere.

In accordance with Portuguese law (Law no. 23/2007), all accommodation providers are required to report the stay of foreign guests to the immigration authorities (AIMA) through the official SIBA platform. For this reason, we will send you a guest registration form after booking. Completing and returning this form before your arrival is mandatory, and applies to every guest travelling with you, including EU citizens and minors. The data collected is used exclusively to fulfil this legal obligation and is handled in accordance with GDPR.
