O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
With a private sandy beach, beautiful lake views and comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, the house is made for relaxed family trips, couples’ weekends and four-season New Hampshire getaways.
Spend warmer days swimming, kayaking or relaxing by the lake. Come in fall for incredible foliage and crisp evenings by the fire pit, or make Loon Island Lookout your home base for ski weekends at Ragged Mountain and nearby Mount Sunapee.
The home sleeps up to 6 guests and includes a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds.
The Lake
Your private Kezar Lake waterfront is just steps from the house, across a quiet dirt lane that also serves as a walking path.
The waterfront includes a sandy beach where guests can swim, kayak, fish or simply relax by the water and listen for the lake’s namesake loons.
The lane is not a through road and has very limited local vehicle traffic, serving only a small number of neighboring homes farther along the lane.
Please note that the dock is seasonal and is not currently installed.
The House
Inside, the open kitchen, dining and living area makes it easy for everyone to spend time together.
Large windows bring in natural light and lake views, while the screened porch offers a comfortable place for morning coffee, reading or winding down after a day outside.
Outside, enjoy the deck and grill during warmer weather or gather around the fire pit in the evening.
During cooler months, settle in by the pellet stove after skiing, hiking or exploring the surrounding area.
The fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and comfortable living spaces make the house equally suited for a weekend escape or a longer stay.
