The space
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the fenced backyard and off-street parking. Self check-in makes arrival simple and stress-free.

Good to know: heat maxes at 70°F in winter and AC cools to 70°F in summer. The backyard gate locks and opens only from the back door. The front door uses a keypad, and the back door deadbolts are keyed on both sides, so we leave a key. The converted garage isn’t climate controlled; a ceiling fan, window AC (runs loud), and electric fireplace help.


House rules:

No smoking, parties, unregistered guests, illegal drugs, or marijuana
No food or drinks in bedrooms
Do not rearrange furniture
No paint, glitter, glue, hair dye, cosmetic procedures, nail polish, or polish remover
Do not send mail or packages to the property
Additional fees may apply for rule violations

The backyard gate is locked and you can only enter it from the back door of the home.

The converted garage is not climate controlled. A ceiling fan, window AC unit, and electric fireplace help manage comfort year round. Note: the AC unit runs loud.

Guests should not have any mail or packages sent to this address.
