The Space:

Experience coastal living in this bright and airy two bedroom condominium. The open concept living area is bathed in natural light and offers breathtaking sea views. With three private balconies, you will always find a peaceful spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. The master bedroom provides a comfortable king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is designed for versatility with a king bed and a daybed with a trundle. The home is well appointed with a full kitchen featuring high quality cookware and a dining area that seats everyone comfortably. Two full bathrooms and a half bathroom ensure plenty of space for all guests. Beyond the condo, you have full access to the community facilities, which include a swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse, perfect for a relaxing getaway by the beach.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire two bedroom condominium, which features three private balconies perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. As our guest, you are also welcome to enjoy the extensive community amenities, including the swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, clubhouse, and outdoor grilling areas. We provide a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent to help you settle in comfortably upon your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

St. Augustine is the oldest city in the United States, established in 1565, and its rich history is palpable the moment you explore the historic district. You can marvel at the iconic Castillo de San Marcos, a Spanish fortress that still stands as a testament to the city's past, or wander through the charming streets to discover the many historic homes and landmarks that define the area.

Beyond the historical sites, there is plenty to enjoy during your stay. Families will love the free ferry ride to Fort Matanzas, which makes for a perfect morning excursion. For entertainment, the St. Augustine Amphitheatre features a diverse concert calendar, while Francis Field hosts vibrant festivals throughout the year. If you are a fan of the outdoors, you will find excellent golf courses across St. Johns County that cater to every skill level, all within a short drive from your coastal retreat.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around here, and there is parking on site.



The beach is a short walk across the community, so the sand never requires the car. The historic district is a short drive north, where the public parking garages save a good deal of circling on a busy weekend.



Rideshare is reliable throughout the area, and bike and golf cart rentals are widely available for anyone who would rather not drive.



For guests flying in, Jacksonville International is roughly an hour north and Orlando is a little under two hours away.



Other Things to Note:

* We are not able to host pets at this property. A guest who brings one risks a cleaning charge and cancellation of the reservation, so please ask us ahead of time if you have any question about it.

* Assistance animals are welcome and never carry a fee. We appreciate a note before arrival so that housekeeping and the front office know to expect you, though it is not a condition of your stay.

* Florida weather is worth planning around. We recommend travel insurance for any trip booked during hurricane season, because it protects you in ways a cancellation policy cannot, and if a storm does affect your dates we will work through it with you under the policy you booked under.

* Quiet hours run from 10pm to 8am, and sound carries between balconies more than most guests expect.

* Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the condo or on the balconies, and we do not allow parties or events of any kind. The guests named on the reservation are the guests who stay.

* The pool, tennis courts and clubhouse are shared with residents, so please observe the posted hours and keep glass out of the pool area.

* Please keep towels and swimsuits off the balcony railings, close the balcony doors while the air conditioning is running, and lock up and take the trash out when you leave.

* The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.

* The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

* All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

* Also, all televisions have streaming services that are accessible to login. Please remember to log out prior to leaving.
