The home has been extensively updated throughout and features a bright, modern interior, comfortable living spaces, a large primary suite, a dedicated office, and a fully equipped kitchen. With plenty of room to spread out, it's a great alternative to multiple hotel rooms for families and groups traveling together.

The home

The main living area provides a comfortable place to relax after a day in Muncie. Settle in on the couch, watch your favorite shows, or spend the evening together without feeling crowded.

The modern kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, KitchenAid appliances, and plenty of counter space. It's fully equipped for guests who would rather cook at home than eat every meal out. A Keurig is also provided for your morning coffee.

The home includes three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, plus a dedicated office, giving guests plenty of flexibility for both short and extended stays.

The spacious primary suite is one of the highlights of the home, offering a comfortable private retreat with its own bathroom and plenty of room to unpack and settle in.

For guests working remotely or traveling for business, the dedicated office and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to stay productive without working from the kitchen table.

Entertainment & technology

The living room Sony TV and bedroom TV are equipped with Apple TVs. Guests can sign into their own streaming services during their stay and sign out before departure.

The home also features a Google Nest thermostat, making it easy to keep the house comfortable throughout your stay.

Laundry

A washer and dryer are available inside the home, which is especially convenient for families and longer stays. Guests are welcome to use them throughout their visit.
