The second bedroom features a queen bed with a TV for entertainment. There is a secondary bedroom that has a bathroom across the hallway. There is also a double vanity, radiant heat flooring, a bathtub/shower combination.

The garage clearance is 7'8". Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter; summer is free.
