Please note there is no AC in the apartment Perfectly located in the heart of Paris, just around the corner from the world-famous Louvre Museum and a short walk from the Opera Garnier, this stylish 4th-floor 15 sqm apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience. With views over a calm courtyard, the apartment is easily accessible via elevator. However, there are a few steps after the elevator to go up to the 4th floor



Inside, you’ll find:



- A bright and spacious living area with a cozy double bed and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.



- A fully equipped modern kitchen featuring a refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals at home.



- A mezzanine (careful, the steps are a little steep) with a single bed upstairs



- A bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
