The villa sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 well-distributed bedrooms, each with a double bed, fresh linens, hangers and blackout shades, plus a full bathroom with bathtub. The living area has a Smart TV and a fireplace for cosy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.



Outside, enjoy the Andalusian climate with a private pool overlooking the sea, an outdoor dining area for breakfast or sunset dinners, a ping-pong table, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim. The villa also features a balcony and an uncovered terrace, perfect for soaking in the coastal views. A crib and high chair are available for families with babies. Self check-in is provided for a flexible arrival.



Located in a residential area of Rincón de la Victoria on the eastern Costa del Sol, the villa offers a peaceful setting with easy access to beaches, shops and local attractions.



Good to know: there is no central air conditioning; every room has a fan and a portable air conditioning unit is available. Access to the house is via a long flight of stairs, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Free street parking near the house. Our maintenance team makes a short weekly visit to the pool and garden (outdoor areas only). No pets. No smoking indoors. Parties, loud music and events are not allowed.
