The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living area and a large covered terrace with a dining table and beautiful views towards the sea. It is a wonderful spot for enjoying a long breakfast, an evening dinner or simply watching the colours of the sunset.

Guests can enjoy a seasonal swimming pool, open from May to early October, as well as a picnic area with barbecue, table tennis, a shared washing machine and private parking.

Free, fast and reliable Wi-Fi is also available – useful if you need to check your emails or work occasionally while away, or simply want to stay connected.

The garden, with its sun loungers, is perfect for relaxing outdoors. On hot days you can choose between a few hours at the beach, a refreshing swim in the pool or simply enjoying the breeze in the shade of the olive trees.

The house is surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, just a few kilometres from the town centre and along the road connecting San Vincenzo with Venturina. The small spa town of Venturina is only a few minutes away by car.

The property is surrounded by our olive groves, from which we produce our own extra virgin olive oil. The surrounding countryside is also ideal for walks, and a particularly pleasant way to explore it is with your four-legged companion.

And then there are our dogs…

On arrival, you may be greeted by our lively and cheerful pack of dogs. Once they have got to know you, they may come over for a little visit – but only if you're in the mood for some pet therapy. 😊

Our chickens are another special part of life here. They roam freely around the property, and the fresh eggs they generously provide us with are happily shared with our guests.

So a holiday in the Elba Apartment can be a little bit bucolic, a little bit seaside, and very much about enjoying the good things in life.

The location is particularly convenient for discovering the area: the beautiful beaches of the Tuscan coast are within easy reach, while inland you can explore the region's food and wine, history, culture and archaeology, or set off on walking trails through the countryside, past natural geysers or along the spectacular coastal cliffs.
