The Gîte "La Rive du Loir" is private (opened in July 2025), you will have the exclusivity of the premises.

We are located 2km from the Zoo de La Flèche.

The swimming pool and telescopic shelter were installed at the end of 2024.

It is heated to 29° on the following dates:

For 2026: Heated pool from Friday 27 March to Sunday 1 November inclusive.
For 2027: Heated pool from Friday 26 March to Monday 1 November inclusive.

We have an electric curtain plus a telescopic shelter that is 1.80m high at the top to be able to stand inside.

The advantage of the shelter allows you to be warm inside in case of mixed weather, it can be opened in whole or in part.
This is essential to be able to enjoy the pool for a very large part of the year.

The shelter is larger than the pool, which allows some to sit in a sunbed or on chairs inside while others have fun in the water.

We have a large terrace all around the pool with deckchairs.

The 100m2 cottage includes a fourth bedroom with immediate proximity to the cottage offering independence and tranquility with private bathroom and toilet.

Attention: This place can receive good humor but not birthday parties or other evenings that would harm the tranquility of the neighbors nearby. We are not in an isolated place.

For an ideal stay with family or friends, this charming house with a capacity of 11 people including the sofa bed in the living room).

At your disposal, a beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with TV, sofa, pellet stove, free internet access. WC at the back of the kitchen.

We have a half level (seven steps only) which leads to three bedrooms plus a shower room with a second separate toilet.

Not to mention the fourth bedroom with shower room and its toilet accessible from the outside.

Outside, you can enjoy the terrace under a carport offering a magnificent view of the land and the river "Le Loir".

Shuffleboard, petanque balls, darts, badminton rackets, molky game... everything is there for a good stay.

If you like fishing, we have a pontoon to fish in the Loir.

We are 2km from the Zoo de La Flèche, 15 minutes from the Château du Lude.

Le Mans, Angers, Saumur are 40 minutes away

The Moulin de la Bruère is 5 minutes away on foot, it allows you to access the footbridge that crosses the Loir to access the Lakes of La Flèche.
The lake of La Monnerie is 10 minutes walk for swimming, fishing, water activities, picnics or to relax on the white sandy beach.
