Guests will have private access to the entire home and property during their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, play area and the large private riverfront backyard.

There is plenty of on-site parking available for multiple vehicles.
The only area not available to guests is the garage and spice kitchen, which will remain locked and is reserved for the host’s private use.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the rest of the property and make themselves at home throughout their stay.

Riverfront & water safety: The property is located directly on the Coquihalla River. The river is beautiful to enjoy from the property, but swimming in the river is not permitted or recommended due to strong currents, changing water levels and other natural hazards. Children should always be supervised when outdoors near the river.

Wildlife: Hope is bear country and wildlife is part of the natural surroundings. Guests should never approach or feed wildlife and should not leave food, garbage or other attractants outdoors. Please keep doors secured and supervise children and pets outdoors.

Railway: There is an active railway nearby, and guests may occasionally hear passing trains, including train horns. We want guests to be aware of this before booking, particularly light sleepers.

Natural surroundings: Being a riverfront property surrounded by mountains and nature means you may occasionally encounter insects and wildlife.

Garage: The garage is reserved for the host and is not accessible to guests. The remainder of the home and property is available for your private use.
