With fresh white interiors, warm wood accents, multiple decks, a private hot tub, and easy access to both the ocean and sound, this tri-level home is the perfect place to relax, explore, and enjoy the coast.



Sunny Lagoon is just 0.39 miles from the neighborhood’s private beach access, making it easy to spend your days by the water. Across the street, you’ll also find private sound access with a pier, a great spot for fishing or watching the sunset.



When you’re ready to explore, you’re close to some of Duck’s favorite spots, including Village Table & Tavern, The Waterfront Shops, Nor’banks for jet skis and parasailing, and the Duck Trail and Boardwalk. The home is just north of Duck Village, less than 10 miles from central Corolla, and about a 20-minute drive from the 4x4 beach.

Fee per dog (sorry, no cats allowed)

Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.

Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, provided there are no issues.
