Newly rebuilt 5-bedroom canal-front villa in Port Charlotte, sleeping up to 14. Wake to water views, swim in the private heated pool, and spread out across 3 full bathrooms, a bright open kitchen and a large living area.

Rebuilt from the ground up on the canal. Two of the bedrooms are king suites and one opens straight onto the pool deck. Two more are queen rooms, and the bunk room sleeps four, so nobody ends up on the sofa. Two folding beds are also available for two extra guests, each made up with a mattress, sheets and a blanket. The kitchen is full size with an island built for a group this large, and there is a dedicated man cave.

Outside, the heated pool sits under a full screen cage. The dock is at the bottom of the garden with a lift on it, and there are no bridges between you and the Gulf - nothing to wait on and no mast clearance to work out. About five minutes of idle water and you are in the open. Trailer boats park right beside the dock; larger boats and yachts come straight in and tie up. If you would rather not tow one down, a boat is also available on request.

Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make longer stays easy. Free parking on site, washer and dryer, and full cooking basics.
