The Villa is located within a large estate of about 650 hectares, 10 km from the sea. Since the early 90s the property has carried out an extensive restoration project which began with the renovation of 11 houses that once were the houses of the farmers who cultivated the company land.

Magnificent stone house which is accessed by a charming private road lined with cypress trees. This villa is characterized by a large porch, solarium, barbecue and private heated swimming pool.
Large living room with fireplace, kitchen and direct access to the terrace from every corner of the house. Villa Asia offers 12 beds. The six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are spacious and comfortable with elegant fixtures and furnishings, not to mention air conditioning, some of the rooms have four-poster beds and fine stone washbasins. The beauty of the countryside together with the earthenware and stone floors, and elegant furniture make Villa Asia so homely and welcoming.

Depending on the season and weather conditions, with the heating system activated the water temperature may generally reach

between 22°C and 30°C.

To achieve the desired temperature, it is usually necessary to activate the heating system between 2 and 6 days in advance,

depending on the season and weather conditions.

The cost of the service depends on several factors: • seasonal outdoor temperatures • weather conditions • energy costs during the

stay • proper use of the thermal pool cover by the guests. To avoid unnecessary heat dispersion, guests are kindly requested to

open and close the thermal pool cover independently.

"WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price € 5,00/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount

of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage."

CLEANING: the final period cleaning it is compulsory. In case of stays longer then 1 week the other cleanigs are not compulsory but upon request. In case of long stays we will deliver fresh sheets and towels at the end of each week of stay.

WI-FI: free of charge. Indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi connection (standard Fixed Wireless Access (FWA). Please note that this connection is not suitable for bandwidth-intensive activities such as video conferencing, streaming in high definition, or large file downloads)

SWIMMING POOLS: swimming pools are closed in winter, low and mid-low season. In low and mid season could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request. The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 4 weeks notice prior to arrival date to open and 2 weeks to heat the swimming pools. Services are not availables for last minute bookings ( less then 3 weeks before arrival). OPEN from15/05 till 02/10
