No problem! Arrange for a local charter company that offers dockside pickup and explore Southwest Florida's beautiful waterways.

With a Gulf access canal in the backyard and another just across the street in front, Casa Tortuga offers beautiful water views in both directions. The east-facing lanai is the perfect spot to greet the morning sunrise and unwind throughout the day. In the evening, colorful sunset skies glow around you and reflect on the canal across the street.

This inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom home brings together relaxed coastal style, plenty of natural light, and everything you need for a memorable Florida getaway.

Spend days kayaking the canal, biking to nearby shops, or heading out by boat. Back home, relax on the screened lanai and enjoy the peaceful waterfront.

The Space:
Our bright, open floor plan makes it easy to gather while still giving everyone room to relax. Retractable accordion doors open the living area onto the screened lanai, bringing the outdoors in and making the most of waterfront living.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Gather around the dining table or use the BBQ grill and enjoy dinner outdoors.

The spacious primary suite sits in its own private wing beside the kitchen, with an adjoining bathroom and peaceful canal views. Blackout drapes are there for mornings when you want to sleep in—but if you’re an early bird, the sunrise through the large picture windows is worth waking up for!

On the other side of the home, two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom off the hallway. One offers extra room to spread out, while the smaller third bedroom provides a cozy place to recharge for kids or a single person. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV for signing in to your favorite streaming subscriptions.

A separate air-conditioned small bonus room provides a dedicated workspace for storage or even remote work.

For families traveling with little ones, we also have a removable pool safety fence that can be installed around the entire pool. It anchors into designated sockets in the pool deck for secure, sturdy placement. Children must always be supervised around the pool, even with the fence installed.

Guest Access:
Enjoy easy self check-in with your own unique front-door code to the key lockbox sent before your arrival. You’ll have private access to the entire home, lanai, pool, and dock.
You’re welcome to bring your own boat and tie up along our dock. No boat? Arrange a charter that offers pickup right from the property!

The Neighborhood:
Casa Tortuga offers a relaxing waterfront setting close to the conveniences of South East Cape Coral. Cape Coral Parkway’s shops and restaurants are approximately one mile away, making it a pleasant walk or a short bicycle ride.

By boat, allow approximately 25 minutes to reach the river, with access onward to the Gulf and Southwest Florida’s beaches and islands. Travel times vary with your boat, route, and water conditions.

Casa Tortuga is a relaxing home base for exploring Southwest Florida. Enjoy Cape Coral’s local restaurants and Farmers Market, or plan a day trip to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Lovers Key State Park, or Bonita Beach. From golfing to shopping and entertainment, there’s plenty to enjoy before returning to your own waterfront retreat.

Getting Around:
Use our bicycles to explore the neighborhood or head out for a bite to eat. A car is helpful for beach trips and exploring the wider Southwest Florida area, while the private dock makes getting out on the water easy for boaters.

House Rules:
We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs per stay! Additional pets require written approval before arrival. To help us keep Casa Tortuga fresh and comfortable for every guest, dogs must stay off all furniture and beds. A $200 additional cleaning fee will apply if excessive pet hair on furniture, bedding, or linens requires extra cleaning. Thank you for helping us care for our home!

Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the home, and use the provided ashtrays or sand bucket to fully extinguish and dispose of cigarette and cigar butts. Please do not leave butts on the ground or in the canal.

Important Information
• A short-term rental agreement must be signed no later than 48 hours before your stay.
• For your security exterior security cameras include a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and a separate Ring camera overlooking the pool area. Audio recording will be disabled during guest stays. Cameras do not replace adult supervision or guarantee protection from liability. Children must always be supervised by an adult around the pool.
• The pool is professionally serviced on Tuesdays. Lawn maintenance is on Wednesday's. Garbage night is Sunday night.
• The saltwater pool uses solar heating, so its temperature varies with sunshine and weather conditions.
