The entire loft accommodates up to 3 guests. There are two sleeping areas on different levels: an open mezzanine with a queen bed upstairs, reached by a spiral staircase, and a sofa bed in the living room downstairs. The mezzanine is an open loft-style space rather than an enclosed bedroom.

Relax with a 75-inch Smart TV and a SONOS sound system, or work from the dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi. The loft offers split-system air conditioning and heating, room-darkening shades, bed linens, towels, a washing machine and dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, cooking essentials, dishes and silverware. The bathroom includes hot water, a bidet, hair dryer, shampoo and soap.

Guests have full private access to the loft and garden, plus one assigned parking space directly beside the unit within a gated complex. Self check-in is available with a smart lock; arrival instructions are provided before your stay.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee and must be included in the reservation. Private on-site EV charging is available upon request for a separate fee.

Please note: this property is part of a new development, and construction may still take place nearby. Occasional daytime construction noise is possible.

Security cameras monitor exterior areas only: one covers the private garden and another covers the external central hallway and apartment entrance. There are no cameras inside the apartment. A smoke alarm is provided; a carbon monoxide alarm is not provided.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests.
