Seaside Serenity is a 3-bedroom, 3-full-bath canal-front home built around one idea: a big group should travel together and still have room to breathe. It sleeps 11, it's all on one level, and the backyard is the star.



START OUT BACK

The private heated pool sits right on the water, so you can swim in the morning and watch the sun go down over the canal that evening. Play a round on your own private putt-putt course, then settle in around the firepit for s'mores and stargazing once the kids are finally tired. The grill is ready for dinner outside, and it's the kind of yard where coffee happens at 7am and card games happen when the sun goes down.

Inside, every room is layered with color, art, and tropical energy, so it feels like vacation the moment you walk in. The layout is single-level with no stairs anywhere, and the dining area seats your whole group at one table, so nobody gets stuck at the kids' end. Watch your favorite movies or the game together on the large smart TV in the living room. Double doors open right to the pool, which means breakfast can turn into a swim without anyone hunting for their shoes.

You're in Largo, a quiet residential canal setting that's far enough from the coast to stay peaceful and close enough that the Gulf is a pre-lunch decision. Drive times are approximate and traffic dependent, especially on Gulf Boulevard in season.



Indian Rocks Beach, about 6 miles, 15 minutes

Indian Shores and Redington Shores, about 8 miles, 20 minutes. Quieter sand and easier parking.

Clearwater Beach and Clearwater Marine Aquarium, about 12 miles, 25 minutes

John's Pass Village, about 13 miles, 25 to 30 minutes

GUEST ACCESS

The entire home and backyard are yours. Check-in is self check-in through a smart lock, so you can arrive anytime with no key handoff. Your door code arrives before your stay, and checkout is by 10am.



PARKING

Free on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No permits, no passes, no fees.



GOOD TO KNOW

Pool/Spa heating is optional. We charge a flat rate of $75 for pool heating that covers your entire reservation. Our pool is heated to an above commercial industry standard of 85 degrees during the colder months to give you a comfortable and refreshing experience. Our pool is serviced biweekly with a net provided for in-between cleanings. Please note that during rare cold snaps, the heater may not maintain perfect temperatures. If you would like the pool heater turned on during your stay, please kindly give us 48 hours notice so we can ensure the pool is warm upon your arrival :)



There is no fence blocking access to the canal. Please supervise children around the pool and canal.
