To respect our neighbours and Byron Shire noise requirements, the property has a strict no-party policy. Only registered guests are permitted at the property and noise must be kept to a respectful level at all times, particularly in outdoor areas after 10pm.



Verified noise complaints may result in security call-out charges. Serious or repeated breaches may result in guests being required to vacate the property without refund of the remaining accommodation tariff or bond.

• Prior to arrival, the primary guest must complete our secure online guest registration.

• A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required as part of the verification process.

• The credit card must be in the same name as the primary guest.

• A security bond/pre-authorisation of $1000 is required prior to check-in.

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

• Additional unregistered visitors are not permitted.

• Guests must comply with the property's house rules and NSW Short-Term Rental Accommodation requirements.

• Check-in starts 3pm and check-out will be 10am

• Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately and leave it tidy upon departure.

• Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
