A Great Denver Location

The University of Denver neighborhood provides a great combination of campus energy and residential Denver living. You'll be close to DU while also having easy access to some of Denver's most popular neighborhoods and destinations.

Enjoy a morning walk around Washington Park, head to Cherry Creek for shopping and dinner, catch a DU hockey game at Magness Arena, or use the condo as your starting point for exploring downtown Denver and the mountains.

For parents who expect to make several trips to DU during the school year, this is an especially convenient alternative to booking a different hotel every visit.

Come for the game. Stay for the weekend. Make this your DU home away from home.
