- No parties or events. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 7 AM.
- Please park in the garage, in the designated space, or outside the gate, not in community areas or in front of a neighbor's home.
- Exterior security cameras and a noise monitor are on the property. There are no cameras of any kind inside the home.
- The home is smoke-free indoors and on the porch. Smoking is permitted in the front or back yard only, and a $250 fee applies if smoke odor is found indoors.
