The minimum rental age is 25 y.o.

We require a photocopy of the lead guest`s driver`s license or valid government ID to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize a $1000 security deposit on your method of payment, which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.

The penalty for smoking inside the apartment is $500.00
