This penthouse is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in existing bedding.

Small children should be supervised by adults at all times. Adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include, but are not limited to: Pools & jacuzzi with no gates.

* The maximum capacity of this property is 6 people.

Please note that this is a new community, and some areas are still under construction. As a result, guests may occasionally hear construction noise during regular working hours on weekdays. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues to develop and grow.
