Welcome to The Magnolia on Prince, a thoughtfully furnished first-floor condo with soft neutral tones, warm wood accents, and comfortable spaces to settle in. With one bedroom, one bathroom, and sleeping accommodations for up to four guests, it’s a welcoming home base for your time in Athens.

LIVING & DINING
Relax on the cozy sofa, which converts to a queen sleeper, or settle into one of two upholstered armchairs. A large ottoman, soft lighting, and a TV make this an inviting spot to unwind. The open layout connects the living room to the kitchen, with island seating for four.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN
Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils for meals at home. White cabinetry, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances—including a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking easy. Start your morning with the coffee maker’s single-pod or full-carafe brewing options (local Jittery Joe's coffee included!)

KING BEDROOM
Rest comfortably in the private bedroom, featuring a king bed, soft bedding, matching bedside tables, and warm lighting. A dresser, bedroom TV, ceiling fan, and bedside sound machine add thoughtful touches for a relaxing stay.

BATHROOM
The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, a spacious vanity, a large mirror, and towel shelving. Towels, hand soap, toiletries, and a tabletop magnifying mirror are provided.

PATIO
Step directly from the living room onto your furnished, partially covered patio. With seating for four, two small tables, and landscaped greenery nearby, it’s a lovely spot for morning coffee or an afternoon break.

LAUNDRY, PARKING & ACCESS
A full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer are located inside the condo. Two parking spaces are included, and the first-floor location offers a stair-free entrance along a covered walkway.

Located on Prince Avenue just steps from downtown Athens and UGA, this condo puts some of the best of Athens right outside your door! Start your morning with coffee or breakfast downstairs at Prince Market, grab a bite at Yossi’s, or walk across the street to Hendershot’s for coffee, cocktails, and live music. From here, you can easily stroll toward downtown to explore local restaurants, shops, bars, and favorites like Creature Comforts Brewing Co. UGA and the Arch are also within walking distance, making this an incredible location for game days, campus visits, concerts, or simply spending a weekend exploring Athens. And in the other direction, you’re just minutes from the restaurants, shops, and local charm of Normaltown.

You’re within walking distance of many of Athens’ main attractions, including downtown, UGA, restaurants, shops, breweries, and live music venues! If you prefer not to walk, Uber and Lyft are readily available and can get you just about anywhere in Athens within minutes. You can also walk to the UGA Arch and hop on a campus bus to explore more of the University of Georgia campus. With so much nearby, you may find you hardly need your car at all during your stay!
