This holiday home offers you a unique relaxing stay to share with family or friends.
Ideally located (Boucholeurs district), it offers a very nice compromise between tranquility (quiet and secure residence, private parking space) and access to 5 minutes walk from the sea, restaurants and shellfish tastings (oyster huts, mussels etc.)
The accommodation:
The single-storey house is located in a quiet and fenced residence, closed by an electric gate.
On the south side, on the front of the house an enclosed garden area and on the north side, a patio with sunbathing.
The house has all the necessary comforts:
- Veranda overlooking the garden and patio, including the dining area and TV area.
- Air-conditioned space which includes an equipped kitchen (lava crockery, microwave, induction hob 2 burners, kettle, filter coffee maker and senseo, toaster) and a sofa bed 160x200.
- 1 bedroom with 1 large queen size bed of 160x200 and bunk beds (2 beds 90x190), all separated by a curtain for more comfort.
- 1 bathroom (access from the bedroom) with a walk-in shower and toilet.
