Sautou is perfect for couples in search of privacy, serenity, and comfort deep in the French countryside. Whimsically decorated using local brocantes and artists, this newly renovated stone guesthouse sports a heated pool, a totally private terrace area that includes pool furniture, a dining table for meals al fresco, and a Weber charcoal BBQ. The swimming pool abuts a grassed area with woods and hills behind. Tenants have EXCLUSIVE use of the pool -- privately set at the rear of the cottage.

The cottage contains a large sitting room centered around a wood stove with French doors opening onto the pool terrace; a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen; and a master bedroom with twin or double beds with an en-suite shower room. Large, remotely operated ceiling fans are located in each of the rooms, and a smaller standing fan is available in the bedroom as needed. There is a walk-in Italian shower, basin, WC, washing machine, and dryer. Linen and beach towels are included.

WiFi is available throughout, and a dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay connected if needed. On-site parking is provided. Please note that this is an adults-only property and events are not permitted.
