Guest access

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including the sauna, outdoor living areas, fire pit, and lake access. Enjoy full use of the kayak, paddleboards, and all on-site amenities during your stay.

You must also Acknowledge:

• Must climb stairs for upstairs and downstairs bedrooms

• Use of outdoor amenities are at your own risk

• Quiet hours after 9:00 PM (residential neighborhood)

• Waiver



The garage is not available for guests.



Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!



Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.



Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!



Fire logs, such as DuraFlame or Envirolog, are not provided.



Guests are welcome to enjoy the kayak, paddleboards, and other outdoor amenities at their own risk. For your safety, life vests are provided and should be worn at all times while using watercraft. Adult supervision is required for children near the water. By using the kayak, paddleboards, lake access, and other outdoor amenities, guests acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
