The main home features four bedrooms, including two king master suites, a queen bedroom, and a fun second-floor bunk room with two Twin-over-Full bunk beds. The rooftop deck is the perfect gathering spot, with an outdoor kitchen and dining area for family meals, evening cocktails, and beautiful Emerald Coast sunsets. The beautifully remodeled carriage house offers a king bed on the first floor, a queen bed upstairs, a brand-new bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, a private outdoor space with a bistro table and chairs, offering an ideal space for additional guests or family members. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
