For your absolute peace of mind, we have a wonderful local cleaner and a trusted handyman nearby who can step in to assist with any maintenance or property needs if an unexpected issue arises. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities!

Important Seasonal Note: BLS HOA amenities are fully operational from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The HOA charges the following guest fees for facility use (ages 5+):
Daily Passes: $22 per individual OR $100 for a group pass (up to 6 people).
3 Day Passes: $50 per individual OR $250 for a group pass (up to 6 people).
7 Day Passes: $100 per individual OR $400 for a group pass (up to 6 people).

Full Privacy: Guests have full, exclusive use of the entire 2-level cabin and property, with the exception of one locked owner's closet and a few linen cabinets.
Easy Parking: Enjoy our large, flat driveway with ample space to comfortably park up to six cars. No parking off the paved area in order to protect our septic and propane systems.
