The property is nestled in a charming, quiet mountain resort community in the Gatlinburg. Staying at the resort includes access to a communal pool, jacuzzi, and kids pool, open seasonally from May 1st through the last week of September, daily from 9am to 9pm. A fitness area is also available on-site during the same hours. The resort setting offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you just minutes from everything the Smokies have to offer.

The entire property and home are available for your use. The Property is within a resort and the roads leading up to the resort are easily accessible paved city roads from the downtown area. There is free parking, limited to 2 cars, 1 in the driveway beside the house and the other in front of the house. There is an owners closet located within the laundry room, that guests do not have access to.

Our cozy cabin accommodates up to 8 guests. Each area has been thoughtfully appointed with guest comfort in mind. Sink into luxurious Organic Quince linens at the end of the day and wake up refreshed and ready for another adventurous (or relaxing) day in Gatlinburg.

🏠 The home features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a new king mattress to provide a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom includes an electric fireplace with access to the lower deck and hot tub. Bunk beds located upstairs are also supplied with new mattresses and Organic Quince linens. There is also a sleeper sofa located off the game room lounge area, equipped with its own Roku TV, a queen mattress, and Organic Quince linens.

The bathrooms are equally designed with convenience and relaxation in mind. The primary bath features a new tub/shower combo with updated hardware. Each bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with Public Goods bath products and plush towels — those little touches of comfort you appreciate while traveling.

🍴KITCHEN & DINING 🍴

The eat-in kitchen provides everything you need to gather, cook, and enjoy meals together. It is equipped with all Henckels cookware, Sur La Table dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and the essential appliances needed to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a memorable easy dinner.
The dining table can seat up to 8 guests, and has a bench on one side. Please feel free to enjoy everything provided in the welcome basket- we've included a few local touches to make your stay as convenient as possible.

☕️ The coffee bar area features an electric water kettle and a Keurig K-Duo Hot & Iced Single-Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker, offering options for both traditional coffee (sourced locally), and iced beverages. We've also provided toddler-friendly cups, plates, bowls, and utensils to make mealtimes a little easier for families traveling with younger children.

LOUNGE SPACES

Relax and unwind in the living room, featuring a sofa, a sofa chair, large Roku enabled TV, with premium cable in front of an electric fireplace for slow relaxing evenings. Fireplace usage varies upon season, dates found on the front of the unit.

Whether you're gathering with family and friends, enjoying your favorite show, or simply settling in after a day of exploring Gatlinburg, this comforting quaint space was designed for connection and quality time together.

🎱 GAME ROOM 🃏

Head upstairs and you'll find a game room equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, and vintage arcade game. Whether you're playing one of our board games or challenging the crew to a game of pool, there's no shortage of family fun up here.

We love to welcome all families to the property. Please supervise children at all times while upstairs in the game room and on both back decks, as the space is not fully baby or toddler proofed. We do provide a new extra-wide metal baby gate for the bottom of the stairs, located in the downstairs bedroom closet.

Just outside the game room is access to the upper deck, where you can relax in a rocking chair or swing and take in the beautiful evening sky or an early morning sunrise.

🚘 Downtown Gatlinburg is approximately 7-9 minutes away, making it easy to explore the area by car or enjoy the convenience of Uber or Lyft. You can generally find an abundance of parking throughout out Downtown Gatlinburg, with most public parking areas requiring a fee.

🚋 Gatlinburg's trolley system operates on a daily basis, 365 days a year throughout the downtown area. All trolleys stop at the Mass Transit Center located at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. Another easy option is to park at the Park-n-Ride Lot at the Gatlinburg Welcome Center, and board a trolley arriving downtown within minutes. Trolley hours vary upon route, so we recommend always visiting Gatlinburg's website for the most current information. 🚋

Enjoy peace of mind knowing every detail has been thoughtfully prepared for your stay. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for every guest.

Your safety matters to us! For added security, this home is equipped with an exterior Ring camera (with audio and visual) located at the front entrance. It's active 24/7 for security purposes and does not record or monitor any interior spaces or private outdoor areas.

No open fires are allowed on the property. There is an outdoor charcoal grill located in the front of the property for guest use. Charcoal not included, but all grilling tools supplied.

There are two electric fireplaces located on the property. One located in the living room, and one located in the primary ensuite. They are able to be used from October 1st through April 30th.
