The ground floor welcomes guests with a spacious living room furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV, and an indoor fireplace that enhances the cozy atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area support effortless meal preparation. This level includes two bedrooms with king-size beds, one featuring an en-suite bathroom and the other offering a private bathroom with a shower. A private gym and a fully equipped laundry room add further convenience.



External stairs lead to the first floor, designed to highlight the surrounding landscape.
