The heart of the house is the open living space, with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a huge brick fireplace, original hardwood floors, and walls of windows looking out into the trees. The ridiculously comfortable reclining couches are made for putting your feet up after a long day.
The house sleeps your whole brood in three bedrooms: a king bedroom with a Saatva mattress and blackout blinds; a bedroom suite with a double bed and private full bath; and a lower-level bedroom with a double bed, adjacent dedicated office/workspace, and nearby full bath.

There's also a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, outdoor patio, original artwork throughout the house, and driveway parking for two cars.

Located approximately two miles from Michigan Stadium, the house makes a great home base for football weekends, graduation, concerts, weddings, reunions, family visits and other Ann Arbor events.

This is my personal home, not a full-time rental property. It's comfortable, interesting, art-filled and very Ann Arbor.

A note about the bathrooms: The home's three bathrooms have not yet been remodeled and show some cosmetic wear, but they're clean and fully functional. We've included photos so you can see exactly what to expect.
