Stay in a bright, cosy, self-contained studio on the second floor of a classic English house, with beautiful views over the London skyline. Set on a very quiet, leafy residential street in Muswell Hill, it's the perfect place to experience a real London neighbourhood, calm and green, while staying well connected to the city centre.

THE STUDIO

The studio has everything you need for a relaxing stay:
- Comfortable bed with fresh linen and towels

- Tea & coffee corner with fridge and kettle
- Wi-Fi and Smart TV.
- Heating and hot water

Please note: cooking is not permitted in the studio. With so many cafés, bakeries and restaurants just a short walk away, you'll be spoilt for choice.

The studio is on the second floor and is reached by stairs (there is no lift).

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD: MUSWELL HILL

Muswell Hill is one of North London's most charming neighbourhoods, known for its elegant Edwardian houses, tree-lined streets and village atmosphere. Sitting on one of the highest points in London, it offers fresh air and wonderful views.

The Broadway, Muswell Hill's lively high street, is full of independent shops, coffee houses, bakeries, delis, pubs and restaurants serving food from all over the world.

THINGS TO SEE NEARBY

- Alexandra Palace: the famous "Ally Pally", a landmark Victorian palace and the birthplace of television broadcasting. Enjoy concerts, events, the ice rink, its historic theatre and one of the best panoramic viewpoints over London, especially at sunset.
- Alexandra Park: wide open parkland, perfect for a walk, a picnic or a run.
- Highgate Wood & Queen's Wood: ancient woodlands with walking trails, a lovely café and a peaceful escape from city life.
- Parkland Walk: a green trail along a former railway line, popular with walkers and cyclists.
- Highgate Village: historic pubs, boutiques and the famous Highgate Cemetery.

GETTING AROUND

- Highgate Underground station (Northern line) is the nearest tube, with direct trains to Camden, King's Cross, the West End and the City.

- Alexandra Palace rail station offers quick trains to King's Cross and Moorgate.

PARKING

There is usually free parking space available on the driveway. However, this cannot be guaranteed, so please get in touch before your arrival if you're coming by car.
