Please note, this is an old home. It squeaks, the bedroom doors and handles are antique, and it has charm. If you want to stay in a space completely modern- this isn’t the space for you!
Sleeping arrangements: one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bedroom with twin bunks, and a pull-out sofa in the living room.
The small couch in the office does not fold out, is quite firm, and may not be ideal for sleeping. We provide one set of spare linens that can be used on either the living room pull-out or the couch.
Parking: street parking only. There’s usually plenty of space right in front of the house.
Air conditioning: handled via a mini split in the living room and a mini split in the master bedroom. Window AC units will be installed in the twin bedroom and office during the hotter months (June–August), and a box fan is also provided.
There is no outdoor yard space at this property.
