Casa Beige is a fully self-contained, independent apartment located on the first floor of a recently renovated villa, in a peaceful, quiet setting away from traffic. Although it is part of the villa, it does not share any interior spaces with the other units and features a private entrance and a private terrace.

The apartment is ideal for couples, families, and small groups and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, stovetop, dishes, and cooking utensils. There is also a dining table with chairs and a comfortable double sofa bed measuring 160 × 200 cm.

The bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm, a 43" Smart TV, a large closet, nightstands, and dedicated lighting.

The bathroom, which is private and for guests’ exclusive use, is equipped with a bidet and a spacious walk-in shower. Sheets, towels, and a welcome kit with essential toiletries are included.

The entire apartment is air-conditioned, and all windows are equipped with mosquito screens. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, filled with orange and mandarin trees, pomegranate trees, flowers, and other plants. Once inside the property, guests can reach Casa Beige via a private, separate, and independent entrance that opens onto the private terrace. The entrances to the various units are separate and spaced apart, ensuring peace and privacy throughout your stay.

The outdoor spaces are arranged so that each unit has its own private area.

The famous Mondello beach, with its light-colored sand, seafood restaurants, bars, and Palermo specialties, is just a few minutes away. Nearby is also the Addaura coastline, characterized by rocky outcrops and picturesque views of the sea.

The villa is situated on the edge of the Parco della Favorita and at the foot of Monte Pellegrino, Palermo’s iconic mountain. Nature trails and hiking routes begin just a short distance away, from which you can also reach the Sanctuary of Santa Rosalia, built around the natural grotto dedicated to the city’s patron saint.

Nearby are also the Palazzina Cinese, the Giuseppe Pitrè Ethnographic Museum, Villa Niscemi, Villa Lampedusa, and the Renzo Barbera Stadium.

Palermo’s historic center, with its extraordinary Arab-Norman heritage, is also easily accessible by public transportation. Stops for several bus lines are located about 100 meters from the property and provide access to Mondello and other coastal destinations.

Free parking is usually available along the private road adjacent to the villa.

A charging station for electric vehicles is also available, subject to reservation and availability.

Inside the unit, there are two doors leading to a hallway that connects to another unit in the villa. The hallway is used exclusively when both units are booked together and guests wish to connect them. If only Casa Beige is booked, the doors remain closed and the hallway is completely inaccessible from both sides, ensuring guests’ complete privacy.
