O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Set across three floors, the traditional cottage has a warm, homely feel and is well suited to holidays throughout the year. After a day spent exploring, relax in the enclosed courtyard garden, perfect for al fresco meals on warm summer evenings and offering a secure outdoor space for children and dogs. When the temperature drops, the cosy wood-burning stove makes the lounge an inviting place to settle in for the evening.
Ambleside's excellent selection of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, traditional pubs, cinema and visitor attractions are all within easy walking distance. The shores of Lake Windermere are less than a mile away, where you can catch a cruise from Waterhead Pier and travel across the lake to destinations including Bowness and Lakeside, leaving the car behind.
The cottage is approached via a forecourt and opens into a welcoming hallway. The comfortable lounge is a lovely place for everyone to gather, with a Smart TV and wood-burning stove for cosy evenings together. The spacious dining kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, along with a dining table for relaxed family meals. Linger over coffee while planning the next day's adventures or enjoy an evening of games around the table. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor are three inviting bedrooms: a double, a twin and a single, together with a family shower room. Head up to the second floor to find a spacious double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, featuring a shower over the bath.
Gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. A cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Guests also have the use of a parking permit for one car in a nearby car park. To the rear of the cottage, the enclosed courtyard garden is furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing.
