The Space:

Set on the fifth floor of Condominio Castillo de Condado, this 2,000 sq ft apartment gives your group room to spread out — rare in one of San Juan's most walkable neighborhoods. It sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, all on a single level and reached by elevator.



Living area: an open, air-conditioned space with ceiling fans, cable TV and board games — the natural gathering point after a day in the sun.

Bedroom 1: a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom, the calm retreat of the home.

Bedroom 2: a queen bed, with a full bathroom just down the hall.

Bedroom 3: two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom — ideal for friends, siblings or a second couple.

Every room has room-darkening shades for slow mornings and fresh bed linens, with extra pillows and blankets on hand.



Kitchen: fully equipped for real cooking — oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster and rice maker, plus dishes, wine glasses and baking basics. Grab breakfast ingredients at the market around the corner and settle in.



Bathrooms: three full baths, including a bathtub, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plus a hair dryer.

Perfect for families and groups who want the beach, great food and Old San Juan all within easy reach.

For everything else, you have options:

- Uber and other rideshare apps — widely available and the easiest way around San Juan

- Rental car — available at the airport, with free garage parking waiting at the building

- Taxis — available at the airport and around Condado's hotels

- Public buses — local routes run through San Juan, though rideshare is usually more convenient for visitors

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

- Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
