»Fully Stocked Kitchen: Cook-friendly kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, convection oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, pour-over and drip coffee setups, stand mixer, variety of cookware (pots, pans, baking dishes and pans), and labeled cabinets for easy navigation.

»Dining Table: benches on two sides, seats 6 adults comfortably. Space for a high chair on either side.

»Living Area: Seating area with pull-out couch, 43in Roku Smart TV, and toys.

»Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, attached ensuite bathroom with double vanity, blinds, reclining rocker chair, and a full work-from-home desk setup (external monitor with HDMI connection, keyboard, mouse).

»Second Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed, sound machine, blackout curtains, changing table, closed-system (non-WiFi) video baby monitor (unplug to disable).

»The second bathroom is off the main hallway and features a full tub.

»Dogs are welcome to join the family trip! Please note that while we love hosting pets, the yard is unfenced, so dogs will need to be leashed while spending time outdoors. Please keep your pets on the property, as the neighbors own the lot next door.



»There are 4 stairs on the outside of the home to get inside.



We do utilize a weblink outside the platform that directs guests to our guidebook. You will receive an email with this link. This is the ONLY way guests can access check-in information, and facilitates the collection of fees and other special requests/upgraded services we offer.

To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $150 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40).

You'll have access to the entire home. You'll receive a door code on the day of check-in. There are two easy parking spaces - one up a little hill next to the home, and one in front (off street) of the home. 3 cars can fits, but will block one of the other two cars.

Getting Around:

You'll want a car — there's no public transit or reliable rideshare in Leadville.



From Denver (DEN): ~2 hrs via I-70 W to Hwy 91 S over Fremont Pass (11,318 ft). AWD or chains recommended Nov–Apr.

From Eagle/Vail (EGE): ~1 hr with less mountain-pass driving.



Once here, downtown is 10-15 min walk walk — dining and shops on foot. Ski resorts and trailheads are a 12–45 min drive. It's uncovered off-street parking.

Dogs allowed, $60 +tax for one pet and $120 +tax for two pets max. Do not leave pets outside, unattended if you are not home and please pick up after your pet(s)!

The floors can get cold in the winter! Bring some warm socks and/or slippers to stay toasty.

There is no space for ski/snowboard storage indoors.

There is a doorbell camera on the door facing the street.

Altitude is real at 10,152 ft. Drink extra water, take your first day easy, and consider travel insurance. Symptoms can include headaches and nausea; we can't refund for altitude sickness.

Mountain living: you may encounter local wildlife or insects - part of the experience living close to nature. We keep the home well-sealed but recommend keeping doors closed when possible.
