It’s a mishmash of all kinds of people -- young adults, families with kids, and retirees. If you are uncomfortable with an urban area, then another neighborhood in Raleigh may be better for you.
Our property has great walkability. E scooter and bikes are often parked on the street for pick-up. There is a bus line that runs within a block and will take you downtown.
