The space
We have an open plan first floor except for the office/games room.
You have a view of the outdoor courtyard no matter where you are.

You will therefore have a view of the fire pit, terrace and hot tub almost at all times from the inside.

The large windows overlooking the stairwell are tinted, which makes it easier to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house.

The ceramic keeps the temperature cool during the summer, and the underfloor heating makes everything very comfortable during the cold season.

The second floor is open to the first, allowing light to flow through.

Our chalet has no basement.
Only one room is not accessible to tenants; it is a small storage room reserved for the owners.
