The Space:

Picture the moment your toes first sink into the soft, sun-warmed sand of Hilton Head Island, with the Atlantic stretching endlessly ahead and a salty breeze carrying the promise of slower days. This is a place where ancient live oaks draped in Spanish moss shade winding bike paths and where dolphins glide through the tidal creeks at sunrise. Here, the pace of life follows the rhythm of the tides rather than the ticking of a clock. Your escape to this Lowcountry paradise begins at a beautifully renovated villa in Courtside Villas, just moments from the lively fun of Coligny Plaza, and the moment you step inside, you will understand why guests return year after year.

The open, airy main level flows effortlessly from the kitchen to the dining room and into a bright living space finished with wood-look floors, crown molding, and crisp black and white coastal décor. A plush gray sofa, woven accent chairs, and a bold geometric rug create the perfect spot to gather, while sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony with a grill for evening cookouts among the treetops. Home chefs will love the updated kitchen with white shaker cabinetry, gleaming black granite countertops, a shimmering glass mosaic backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar lit by glass pendants invites guests to pull up a stool, and the dining table seats six for family meals and late-night card games.

When it is time to rest, the king suite offers a serene retreat with crisp white linens, soft yellow accents, and a private bath just steps away. A second bedroom with two queen beds and cheerful floral artwork is ideal for kids, friends, or extended family, while an upstairs bedroom with a sloped ceiling, a flat-screen TV, and a large window framing the leafy canopy feels like a peaceful hideaway. The bathrooms continue the elevated style with marble-topped vanities and a stunning walk-in glass shower with a pebble stone floor. Outside, the community pool invites you to spend lazy afternoons soaking up the sunshine, and Coligny Plaza sits nearby with its beachside shops, ice cream, casual eateries, and summer evening entertainment that make every day feel like a celebration.

Your perfect island getaway is waiting, and this stylish Courtside Villas retreat is ready to make every moment unforgettable. With its beautiful renovations, a sparkling community pool, and easy access to the energy of Coligny Plaza, it offers everything you need for a memorable vacation. Dates on Hilton Head fill quickly, especially during the sunny spring and summer seasons, so do not let this opportunity slip away. Book your stay today and start counting down the days until the island welcomes you home.

Guest Access:

We want your stay to be all about the memories - not the paperwork. So let's get the small stuff out of the way early and get back to what matters: your trip!

Every reservation is required to complete a quick Guest Portal before check-in. It's a secure external link we'll send you shortly after booking, and it's also where you'll find all your check-in details - including your all-important door code.

The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:

1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

We'll email your secure portal link before arrival - just a few minutes of your time for a much smoother check-in. Thanks for helping us keep things safe and simple. We can't wait to host you!
