The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast-bar seating—perfect for a casual breakfast before heading out for the day.



The spacious covered balcony is a standout feature, with outdoor lounge seating, a dining table, and views toward the Black Warrior River. Start your morning with coffee outside or settle in for a peaceful evening overlooking the waterfront.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 1: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with an adjoining bathroom also accessible from the hallway.

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed.



Tide on the River comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, with two full bathrooms.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Parties/events are not allowed.

• Pets are not allowed.



Quiet Enjoyment:

• We kindly request all guests to observe quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Security Measures:

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors in the house that monitor the decimal level of the noise.







Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
