Welcome to this lovely 4 bed villa with private pool on the Market street in Playa Flamenca. This fantastic villa boast a great outside space, walking distance to all amenities with the beaches of the Orihuela Costa at your fingers.

On entering the villa there is a large dining area great for 8 people. The living room is large as well with full entertainment in the large flat screen TV, full nationality channels also plus free WIFI. The kitchen is large enough to cater for the entire house, dinners, BBQ and pretty much anything you can think of. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds or they can be made into king size beds. There is air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. There are also 2 large bathrooms with showers. Upstairs is a self contained apartment with air conditioning and is great for the older kids or grandparents. It has a full kitchen, bathroom and double bed, plus a large outdoor space for sunbathing or just relaxing. Outside of the villa are spacious grounds, large sitting area, sunloungers and the private pool.

This villa has all you can ask for to have a family holiday in Spain.

The villa is on the street of the huge Saturday Market so you can shop for those bargains!! What's fantastic is the largest shopping mall in Europe is only a 15-minute walk away so you can spend hours shopping if not on the beach. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.

For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.

The La Zenia and Playa Flamenca beaches are just a couple of km's away as well.
