The cottage has about 1,000 square feet of bright, updated space with an open layout, a full kitchen, a washer, air conditioning, and onsite parking. Outside are a deck, a porch, and a fenced backyard with a garden, made for morning coffee and evenings after the beach.

It sleeps six: a queen bed, a double, and twin bunk beds, with one full bathroom.

Arlington Park, the neighborhood’s namesake park a few minutes from the door, has walking trails, tennis and basketball courts, a community pool, playgrounds, and a fitness center.
