Spend your days hiking waterfalls, tubing the Toccoa River, fishing, and exploring the mountains, then unwind by the water. All this while being only about 10 miles from downtown Blue Ridge!

Main Level:
Enter the main level into a warm, inviting living space designed for gathering. The fully stocked kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, creating an easy flow for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. The living room features comfortable seating, a gas-log fireplace, and direct access to the front screened-in porch.

The front screened-in porch is an extension of the living space and offers a cozy place to enjoy the outdoors in any season. It features its own fireplace, Smart TV, comfortable seating, and outdoor dining—perfect for morning coffee, family meals, or relaxing in the evening.

Upper Level:

A separate, detached screened-in pavilion sits along the creek, offering comfortable seating and a fire table for relaxing by the water.

Guests have private access to the entire cabin and all three levels, with the exception of designated locked storage closets and the detached garage.

Parking: Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

The property is accessed entirely by paved roads, and 4WD is not normally required. The cabin has a short, steep driveway. Mountain weather can affect driving conditions, particularly during heavy rain, snow, or ice, so please use caution and plan accordingly.

Other Things to Note:

🌊 Creekside Location: This home sits directly along Stanley Creek. Children must be supervised at all times around the creek. Guests enter the creek and surrounding natural areas at their own risk. Creek conditions and water levels can change with rainfall.

🌲 Mountain Setting: This is a true mountain property surrounded by nature. Guests may encounter wildlife, insects, leaves, and other natural elements during their stay.

🐾 Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome subject to the property`s pet policy and applicable pet fees. Please keep pets supervised and use caution around the creek.

🔥 Fire Pit: Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit. Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood or purchase it locally.

🪵 Fireplace: Gas logs are available for use October through March only.

🍔 Grill: One propane tank is provided for the grill upon arrival. We do not provide refills or replacement propane during your stay.

♨️ Hot Tub & Outdoor Areas: The hot tub, fire pit, creekside seating, and porches are weather-dependent and should be used responsibly.

🚗 Parking & Driveway: Parking is available for approximately 3 vehicles. The driveway is steep but does not require 4WD under normal conditions. During snow, ice, heavy rain, or other severe weather, conditions may change and 4WD/AWD may become necessary.

🔑 Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the property must be 25 years of age or older.

📝 Rental Agreement: All guests are required to complete and sign the property`s rental agreement prior to arrival.

🧻 Starter Supplies: A starter supply of essential items is provided for your arrival. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies needed during their stay.

⚠️ Natural Environment: Because of the home`s wooded creekside setting, guests should expect natural terrain, uneven ground, insects, wildlife, and other conditions associated with a mountain property.

*Two exterior Ring cameras monitor the property for safety and security. One is located on the back deck and views the backyard area, and the other is located on the garage and views the parking area. No indoor or private spaces are monitored.
Booking Requirements:
-The primary renter must be 25 years or older.
-Guests may be required to provide valid identification and sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

Occupancy & Use:
-Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.
-Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
-No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

Pets:
-A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. No other pets are allowed.
-A pet fee applies per stay.
-Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
-Pets should not be left unattended unless safely crated.
-Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, both inside and outside the home.
-Any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or unauthorized/excess pets may result in additional charges.

Smoking:
-No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is permitted inside the home.
-Evidence of smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning and/or remediation charges.

Cameras & Security:
-Exterior Ring cameras are in use for security purposes and monitor exterior areas of the property.
-Cameras do not monitor any indoor or private areas.

Trash & Wildlife:
-All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the designated bear-proof outdoor container.
-Loose, unbagged, or improperly disposed trash may result in additional cleaning charges.
-Wildlife may be present due to the mountain setting. Do not feed, approach, or attempt to interact with wildlife.
-Food should never be left outside or unattended.

Property Care:
-Guests are responsible for treating the home, furnishings, appliances, and amenities with care.
-Furniture, décor, or other items may not be moved in a manner that could damage floors, walls, furnishings, decks, or other areas of the property.
-Guests are responsible for leaving the home in reasonable condition.
-Damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other costs resulting from the guest`s stay may be charged accordingly.

Fire & Safety Compliance:

-Guests must follow all posted fire safety instructions and use fireplaces, fire features, and outdoor burning areas responsibly.
-Outdoor fires and burning must comply with all applicable local regulations, restrictions, and weather conditions.
-Fire features must never be left unattended while in use.
-Guests are responsible for exercising appropriate caution and following all safety instructions throughout the property.
