You’ll be charmed not only by its location but also by its spacious, comfortable and light-filled living areas.
On arrival, you’ll receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. They’ll show you round the property, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys. If you’d prefer to arrive independently, this option is available at the time of booking. Throughout your stay, the local agency will be on hand to ensure you make the most of your time here.

Neighbourhood:
Ti Ar Gwez is situated in the residential neighbourhood of La Vicomté, to the east of Dinard. This peaceful, leafy area is prized for its tranquil atmosphere, its villas and its beautiful panoramic views over the Rance and the Bay of Saint-Malo. La Vicomté is now a predominantly residential neighbourhood, set apart from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, whilst remaining easily accessible from it.
Nearby, you can visit Prieuré Beach and the mini-golf course, and enjoy walks along the seafront as well as Port-Breton Park, which is ideal for a family stroll.
The neighbourhood also has a few good places to visit nearby, whilst Dinard town centre, with its shops, market, restaurants and Écluse beach, is easily accessible by car or bike. Dinard boasts a particularly vibrant shopping scene in the town centre.

If you choose to come by car, the house does not have a private parking space (parking is not permitted in the property’s garden); free, shaded parking spaces are available just a few metres from the house.
