"Kalle" Vacation Home on the Weser Bike Trail


House and Location:

The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for families or groups.

Centrally located with good transportation connections via the B83 and A2,
right on the Weser Cycle Route.

A wide range of recreational activities, such as biking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, boating, picnicking, gardening, barbecuing, and campfires.

A wide variety of destinations for day trips in the immediate and wider surroundings offer plenty of variety, so there’s something for everyone.

You’ll be staying in a “brick house” that’s over 100 years old and
typical of our region.

The apartment was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in early 2024.

The private garden offers opportunities for barbecuing, dining, bonfires, playing, or simply sitting there and enjoying the surroundings.
There is a grill, a fire pit (including firewood), plenty of shaded seating, and a large lawn to run around on.

Access to the apartment is via a small staircase (5 steps) leading to the private front door.

A wheelchair ramp is also available upon request.

There are plenty of parking spaces at the house for all types of cars, as well as a bike shed with space for up to 10 bikes and charging stations for e-bikes.

After a lovely hike, a long bike ride, or an impressive boat trip, you can wrap up the day wonderfully with your group or family in the spacious living-dining area.

With plenty of space and comfortable seating, it’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other’s company, whether indoors or outdoors.

The kitchen is easily accessible and well-equipped, so you can cook and prepare meals together without getting in each other’s way.


For entertainment, there’s a modern smart TV and Wi-Fi with high-speed internet via fiber-optic cable throughout the house.



Ground-floor bathroom
The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, as well as a large towel radiator.
A hair dryer, towels, and storage space for up to 10 guests are provided

Upstairs Bathroom
Newly renovated bathroom on the upper level with a toilet, sink, and a large walk-in shower.

Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor and features a double bed or two single beds (configurable)

Room 2 is located on the first floor and features a double bed (160×200)
and a sink.

Additional sleeping options
The two sofas in the living room can be converted into sleeper sofas, providing additional sleeping space measuring 140x200 each.
