Coccole Sottomarina is a modern, bright and welcoming apartment, designed for those who want to spend a beach holiday in a nice and comfortable environment. Located on the second floor of a building in Sottomarina , it offers well-organized spaces, ideal for a couple, a family or a small group of friends.
The living area is cool and bright, with an equipped kitchen and dishwasher , dining table, and wall-mounted TV . From here you can access the pleasant balcony furnished with a small table and comfortable outdoor seating , a perfect space for having breakfast in the open air, drinking a coffee or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms . The double bedroom, elegant and decorated in warm tones, is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, a bridge wardrobe and a TV , so you can relax even in your bedroom. The second bedroom has a single bed and practical exposed clothes rack , a simple and functional solution.
The bathroom, modern and well finished, is complete with a large shower box . There are also washing machines and dishwashers available for guests, which are particularly convenient even for longer stays.
The bright rooms, the contemporary details and the livable balcony make Coccole Sottomarina a small house where you can immediately feel at ease: the ideal solution for living Sottomarina in freedom, alternating days at sea, moments of relaxation and walks to discover nearby Chioggia.
Check-out will be free of charge until 9:30am. For each additional hour, an extra cost of €30 will be charged

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and respect the structure, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the rest of your neighbors by avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00 .
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by registered guests at the time of booking.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all equipment in the accommodation.
Before leaving the apartment, be sure to turn off lights, appliances and cookers.
It is mandatory to respect the instructions relating to separate waste collection and not to leave waste in the accommodation at the end of the stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture or furnishings without authorization.
Any damage or malfunction must be reported promptly.
When leaving the accommodation, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed.
Check-out must be done within the agreed time .
