Location and comfort! Enjoy your privacy at this safe and cozy two floors 3Br/2Ba in Seminole Heights, close to everything - 10 mins away from the airport, downtown Tampa, Riverwalk, Armature Works and Ybor city. Two mins away from the freeway/interstate! Two mins away from Zootampa and twenty mins away from the Busch Gardens! Pets are allowed but two dogs max

The house is attached to an in law. It'll have a separate entrance from the main house but shared parking space
First floor- Living room & Kitchen, Dining area, Washer & Dryer and Full Bathroom
Includes:
Living room with 65" TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and HBO max
Sectional couch (sits five) with three seater loveseat
Fully equipped kitchen equipped with everything you need (cold/hot water dispenser, keurig, oven toaster, blender, pots & pans etc)
Four seater dining table
Bathroom with bathtub with towels
Second floor- Three bedrooms with full Bathroom
Includes:
Two rooms with full beds, third bedroom with twin/single bed
Full bathroom with stand up shower and toilet

Guests will have private access to the house, though parking space will be shared with another unit. Guests will have space for two cars on the driveway
The Neighborhood:
The property is in Old Seminole Heights — the area is gentrifying, so farther blocks may not look as developed as others. Don’t let looks discourage you, we live in the same property and have had no safety issues whatsoever. Neighbors are nice. It’s in front of a busy main street. Interstate is two mins away
Getting Around:
Its about 10 mins uber to anywhere- ybor, downtown, etc. Parking maximum of two cars
Other Things to Note:
We value your safety. There's a flood light security camera in front of the house that shows the driveway and the street in front of the house with 24/7 audio and video recording
Interaction with Guests:
There’s another unit at the property (separate entrance) where our property manager currently resides
